>>OrcaLive LIVE 2000 has closed. The Hanson Island area has been experiencing extremely harsh weather conditions--strong winds, heavy rains, high tides--making it difficult to maintain camp at Cracroft Point. Although live transmissions were scheduled to continue through October, weather conditions don't appear they will permit. While we all regretted the day, the local team will have to use the spell of mild weather in the upcoming week to remove the equipment from Cracroft Point. With that this year's live project will draw to a close. We thank all the many people who have accessed.
